It is -7º in Chicago this morning, with a “feels like” of -18º… what?

I may sound incredibly stupid for admitting this, but if you’d asked me if it were even possible for it to BE this cold, prior to moving here I would have answered “not anywhere outside of Antarctica, or the North Pole.”
